“Very nice property great host very good location”

“Spacious family room and kitchen! The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated; mattresses, pillows and duvet very comfortable. This is a quiet street with no road noise. I've stayed in many vrbo's in which the directions for how to use things, how to lock the door, how to clean up afterward are overly complicated. This home has a simple entry and exit, light switches are marked and the property manager is very attentive should a question arise. I highly recommend this property!!”

The pictures of the house are deceiving because they do not give the house justice as to how ample and big it truly is as well as beautiful. “Nancy’s place is very comfortable and the view over the bay was fun to wake up to. Everything was clean and the bathroom is especially nice. We really enjoyed the jetted tub after long days of sight seeing. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to make breakfast in the mornings. It’s a quiet reprieve away from the city. We even saw a deer and two fawns wandering around the yard a few times.”

A few little upgrades (e.g., fix bathroom sink, fix living room shades? better bath towels, invest in a bit comfier living room furniture) and the place would be 5 stars all the way. Thanks!”
