“Secluded private location but in walking distance to one trail, close to others, close to Pt. Reyes. Suitable for one couple, nicely renovated with clawfoot tub, plenty of hot water and water pressture, funky old kitchen oven and stovetop but otherwise quite modern, charming furniture. Lots of natural light in the cottage and lovely place to relax in the outdoor patio area. Only a few things I'd suggest for improvement:1. Please include address of cottage in orientation email.2. Add microwave to……

“Great location with easy walk to downtown and trails. Fresh and clean with everything we needed!”

“I thought the cottage was very cozy. It had everything we needed to stay in and enjoy plus it was located so close to the square that we were able to just walk out our door and down to the city center. The backyard was very large which was really nice for our dogs. ”

The house was spotless, well-appointed with all the essentials, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Both bedrooms featured king-sized beds with ensuite bathrooms and spacious showers, while the cozy open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area made for a welcoming space to relax. “Great location to get away from everything ”

“Very comfortable furnishings in a calm and serene atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided and Frank even included a bottle of wine and some snacks. It's in a great location on the west end of town, very close to restaurants and shops. Nice and quiet. ”

“We visited Napa Valley for the first time with some friends for my birthday. The property was amazing, we would highly recommend. It was centrally located where we could visit wineries in Napa, but could also go to Bodega Head and Muir Woods. So many things you can go do and they are relatively close to the property.”
