“the house was clean and the access to the lake was good. Parked my small boat next to the dock on the canal. the wind blew 15-20 knots each day making fishing on the lake tough. I did catch a nice few fish from the edge of the yard. great bass lake and good bream as well. played golf each day at courses within and hour drive. the neighborhood is very old and in poor repair which was the only negative.”
