“The house had just been completely renovated due to the recent hurricane damage. Jim did an excellent job with everything to make sure our stay was top-notch. All the furnishings and appliances were brand new. We took the bikes out every day to Siesta Key Beach, which was just down the street. Absolutely amazing, and it took under 5 minutes! The rental location is very close (less than 1 mile) to fun restaurants in Siesta Key Village, with lot's of great bars and shopping. This place has it……

“My husband and I spent 40 nights at this cottage. We had an overall good experience. This quaint old place was clean with the exception of a few ants. The appliances, including air conditioning (and heat) all worked. The unit had some broken blinds in the smaller bedroom. I mentioned this via text to our host Allen when we first arrived. “Hesitate to say this because we absolutely love this place, the hosts are fantastic, the property is beautiful, the location is wonderful. We enjoyed the music from the various pavilion festivals as well as the nearby venue, right from the tiki deck. All of Dearborn is one block away. The bay for sunset is an easy stroll down the road.
