“We loved our stay! The rental was clean, had everything we needed, including beach essentials and our host,Kyle, even got us a cooler! But location was the icing on the cake- we could walk to all of the best restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach. Kyle was easy to get in touch with and answered questions in a matter of minutes!”

“House is lovely & spacious. I would give a higher rating were it not for our initial interaction with the central management company. Upon arrival the pool heat was 72. Per the contract, in April it should be 80 degrees. The weekend management company staff were very uncooperative, stating we would have to pay for them to turn the heat to 80. They also stated a repair person would come on Sunday to correct additional issues. No one came. On Monday, the local staff immediately addressed……
