“Large suite for a super reasonable price. Centrally located in Quito. We had 2 tours pick us up there and they held our bags for us all day till we could check in. Very comfortable beds. ”

“Stayed 3 nights. Property was in a quiet area and about 10-15 minute Uber ride (about $3) from historic area and the same from the gondola to ruku pichincha hike. Hotel was very cute with South American decor and charm. Breakfast was amazing with cereal, granola, yogurt, fresh fruits, cooked to order eggs, toast and ham, fresh juice and coffee/ tea. Staff was great, especially Nicole who was so helpful and accommodating. Room was just a little on the small side but doable. Turn hot water in……

“The property feels safer than any I’ve been it. The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three.”

“Excelente facilidades y servicio. Las instalaciones y la habitación muy limpias y cómodas. Completa tranquilidad y seguridad. A pesar de que el hotel no está tan cerca del Centro Histórico es muy fácil llegar a él inclusive a pie. Muy recomendado. ”

“This is a great place if you just need to relax. It's located near several restaurants and convenient stores. It doesn't have a lot of modern conveniences (there's no refrigerator and no AC), but it is comfortable and quiet. It was a great place to rest.”

“Excellent service! They run out to get your luggage, explain the amenities at the hotel, and show you to your room and the room’s features. Very clean! Very reasonably priced which included a bouquet of flowers, lots of snacks, a bottle of water, and a bottle of wine in our room. Hotel restaurant is almost as good as some expensive restaurants in large USA cities, but reasonably priced. The food and drink choices were plentiful and delicious.”

“The towels and bed linen seemed unwashed, the breakfast didn’t exist, the lovely rooftop shown in the pictures was “private” and hence not available. The hairdryer didn’t work. Overall, the impression of the hotel shown in the pictures did not deliver and I have a hard time understanding the high score this hotel receives.”
