“This house boat served us very well. We weren’t sure what to expect but Han was informative and helpful. The location was perfect, on the water, close to the train station and we walked all over Amsterdam. We would return if the occasion arose.”

“Great location for us. It is just on the outskirts of the center which was good for us. If you want to be in the heart of it all then this is not the best spot for you. We loved the deck in the evening having a coffee or beer watching the boats go buy.The steps up and down could be tricky for old or young folks.Would certainly stay here again.”

I think of all the places I’ve rented over the years all over the world, this is in my top 3. The owner Margriet is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Amsterdam. ”

“A modern and beautiful housboat. It had everything we needed (except reading-lamps by the bed). The kitchen was well equipped. Easy to park your car without any additional cost. The host was very nice and helpful. ”

“Casper is a helpful host/owner. He had a great list of recommendations and showed us around the property when we arrived. The studio was nice and a great location to the train station. With a Vrbo, I expect to rent the whole place, just be aware that you’ll have a neighbor that you share a front door with and that the owner has an adjoining door they stays locked. I never felt unsafe but didn’t feel like this was spelled out on the description. The original listing mentioned a hot tub twice,……

“The houseboat was amazing and so much fun! Very quiet at night and very little movement on the ship, we slept great. Sonder was very kind and the family left us a few beverages in the fridge which were much appreciated after a long travel day. Thank you! ”

“Wir haben uns auf dem Hausboot wie zuhause gefühlt. Es hat nichts gefehlt und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist auch perfekt gelegen. Sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Fahrrad kann man alles erreichen und seine Ausflüge planen. Von uns 5 Sterne für dieses tolle Hausboot”

“Die Aqua Cabin ist für fünf Personen ein wenig klein, aber sehr sinnvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Die Lage am Hafen ist schön, leider war dort wenig los. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, das Restaurant auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants, Tankstelle und Supermarkt, so dass man sich gut versorgen kann. Das beste an der Aqua Cabin ist aber die Lage. Quasi alle Top Spots in Zentral-Niederlande sind in 30 Minuten……
