“I suspect this is a totally refurbished Communist-era hotel but it has been refurbished magnificently. It is just over the river from the Central Park and just below the wooded Belvedere, creating a quiet, almost non-urban setting. It is an easy 10 minute walk to all the sights in Cluj and there is a bus stop with a goodconnection to the train station just beside the main entrance. Breakfast was sumptuous and generous too.”
“The staff was very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ship an item we forgot all the way to Brasov, and kept in contact throughout the process.
The rooms are decent. If you stay in any "old town" in Romania, don't expect elevators or ultra-modern amenities. It was a great experience”
“Hotel molto carino, proprio nel cuore di Cluj. Vicino c'è tutto. Il proprietario parla eventualmente anche italiano ed è molto cordiale. Non ha ascensore, perche nei vecchi palazzi nel centro non è stato possibile metterlo. La colazione è prettamente salata ma molto buona. Sono stata benissimo, dovessi ritornare a Cluj andrei nuovamente li.”
