“The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away. My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.”

“Just returned from a weekend stay with my boyfriend and it was just perfect from start to finish. Lots of free parking and huge outdoor areas to explore. We had such a warm welcome by Karen on Reception. Our room was fantastic, a super size bed with a lovely balcony, a huge bathroom with bath and walk in shower. It was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with all the options you’d expect from a cooked breakfast to continental. We used the spa facilities which were fab and not too……

“From start to finish our stay was lovely! We called the night prior to make sure everything was okay and Tim was very nice to speak with and even offered to collect us from the train station! He was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the centre and has a lot of restaurants and bars on the walk down. “Quaint old world English village. The rooms are modern and designed for comfort, our room even had air conditioning. The host was very friendly and the food at breakfast was both healthy and delicious. I wish I could grade the visit higher than 10/10”

“Beautiful old building which has had good levels of investment into making it a fine hotel. Very well located in the centre of town but with plenty of nearby parking. Well appointed, if small, rooms, attentive and welcoming staff although needed more staff at breakfast as many guests had to wait too long to be seated. Breakfast was excellent though, lots of choice and good quality.”
