“The person at the reception desk never greeted us and stated just wait I just got here and I’m not logged in but kept eating her snack instead of logging in to check us in. The back door of the reception area was open and showed a very messy and dirty part of the back office just not a good look. The room was great and clean and breakfast was also good can’t complain there but that first impression was not great. ”

“We were a bit leary about staying at a small independent hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. I’m not sure but it looks like rooms were very recently renovated. The owners/ manager couple were very nice and accommodating. We will more than likely to stay there on a future trip to Norfolk. ”

“酒店的装修非常艺术化，有个性。 但是酒店的工作人员不够专业。清洁工收拾了房间后，没有及时补充新的物品，比如浴巾，水。前台没有及时提醒我们酒店到停车库的交通路线。 ”

“服務品質十分好，而且對於電梯設備雖然每次按樓層之前都必須刷卡有點麻煩，但是這都是為了旅客的安全，我覺得這一點挺好的!!因此這次的住宿我很滿意。”

“We were there just to sleep and catch plane the next morning. The bed was comfortable. The noise outside was minimal so we slept very well. The room itself was small so I wouldn't want to stay for an extended period of time (same for the lobby - small). I would stay again if I fly through again.”
