“Hubby and I were in Arkansas for a short motorcycle get away. The barn was perfect for two people and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable!”

“Property and condo was very well maintained. Other than the traffic noise nearby and the steep incline and decline we were very satisfied with our stay. ”

“This property was gorgeous and very well maintained! I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt safe and the area was convenient. The amenities were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, cookware, etc. All appliances I tried worked perfectly. My only complaint is the proximity to a train track with frequent trains coming through even in the middle of the night. It was hard to sleep and I was woken up several times! It's a shame because I would otherwise return……

“We found this gem last summer and it is only about an hour and half from us which made it perfect to getaway for the evening. Although it is winter so their courtyard is of course not in bloom, we just love the feeling of their courtyard it is such a great place. Easy to get checked in. The place is always so clean and quiet. Very welcoming! Will def make this a place to visit more than once a year. ”

“We had an amazing time. Beautiful views and close to several mines (the reason for our stay). Joanna and her husband the host was very kind and attentive. We were given a tour of the property and learned a few things of the surrounding area. If you like the outdoors and the sounds of nature. I highly recommend this stay. We were completely impressed of the customer service and professionalism. ”

“The condo wars nice overall. Location and view were great. Inside the condo was fine a little dated. The bathrooms were very clean but the condo was dusty. The amenities listed coffee maker and hair dryer. It had a kurig which wasn’t very practical for 4 adult coffee drinkers. Also, no hair dryer as listed so I didn’t bring mine. Not too happy to only towel dry my hair.”

“Everything was very good. The view was really pretty from the balcony. Definitely would stay again.”

“We felt this place was way over priced for the accomodations. The place was clean but had a funky smell, probably due to the age of home. The place was quiet, snacks and coffee were provided, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided so that was a plus.”

“The room had a full kitchen and was spotless. Nice size TV and comfortable beds. Very convenient to town, grocery store, and restaurants. Only 2 suggestions: more ice cube trays, 1 tray does not go very far; loose flagstone going to stairs is very dangerous and hard to avoid because of plant nearby. ”

“It was a great time for a get away with friends! We were greeted with respect and the property was plenty of room for all 12 of us. Our group takes a yearly trip to hot springs and if this place is available we will be requesting again!”
