“Cute place. The mattresses were perfect. The tub was lengthy and the showerhead was mounted high, which was great for 6 foot plus people. The location is perfect. I don't even think it took five minutes to walk to Central Avenue, which is where the bath houses, restaurants, shops are located. Just a few blocks from shops and restaurants in the other direction. “The place is very spacious for my family. We stayed for a dance competition, there’s a king bed as soon as you walk in the place. There’s TV, a sofa and a single sofa. Then the next part of the room is another king bed with TV, coffee table and chair. There’s no door separating the rooms. The third part of the room is the kitchen and dining area with a sofa bed. It’s long and spacious for what we need. The only concern I have was, there’s so many ants! The ants ate all of the food we brought.……

“This is a wonderful one bedroom property on the largest lake in Hot Springs Village. Two kayaks for use, with the lake 50 feet from the door. Beautiful neighborhood and miles of walking, with very little traffic. Very quiet. The host, Kim, is very responsive and helpful. Great place to spend a few days at the lake.”
