“All the family from 4 states met for a few days of just spending Quality time together and catching up on life! This location was close the the boat launch(rented a pontoon for a day on the lake) close enough to groceries but secluded and private - lots of space for kids to run!”

“House had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. The game room was perfect for the kids! Plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans, plenty of silverware. The kitchen already had coffee and coffee cups (yay!). The house is right on the lake so it’s just a short walk down to the shallow water. We brought our own kayaks, but there were two already there. There is a beautiful “alley” you can kayak down and loop back up. We would absolutely stay here again! ”

“We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place.”

“Love the layout of the cottage. Not too small and not too large, wonderful kitchen, Weber Grill on back patio was great for grilling shrimp with a view of the water. Clean, comfortable and easy to relax. Definitely recommend and we will return to it again. ”

“We were visiting Hot Springs for a family girls trip. We first stayed at an alternate accommodation, which was nice, but the Bear cabin was a much needed upgrade. It had plenty of room for all 6 of us. The kids really enjoyed the playhouse and outdoor area. Overall, very nice and clean. We will definitely keep the natural state cabins in mind for our next Hot Springs vacation. ”

The detailed directions to the designated parking area were spot-on and made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the couches were just as relaxing.
