“The property is in a quite part of town but within a few minutes of anything you need. The backyard area is super nice. Pool and hot tub with your own personal cabana/bar. We all had a blast! ”

“1st, there is a trick for the host to know how much interaction to have with guest…they were PERFECT. 2nd: the location was PERFECT. We wanted to be secluded, away from the daily grind. Even w the hostess on backside of property, we couldn’t see it from living room or porch. 3rd: you you can fish from the porch. 4th: come prepared to tube the Iron Fork River. Walk upstream about 50/60 yard and enjoy a relaxing 10-12 min float. We did it about 15 times. Can’t say enough about how excellent the……

“We had a wonderful stay at Old Bear Creek. The home was clean and so much room. We enjoyed having multiple tables .. we played many games of dominos and other games. The pool was wonderful! Then at night we hung out on the patio and watched the Perseid meteor showers! We hope to return next year!”

“Great house layout. Loved bedrooms with their own bathroom. Great TV/community area to visit. Kitchen was properly functional with all necessary equipment. AC will keep you perfectly cooled. Ceiling fans are a bonus. Large carport to protect your vehicle(s). Great location to everything you will need to do or see in Hot Springs.”

“What more is there to say? My wife and I visited for our wedding anniversary. House was clean, nicely appointed, and the location on the lake was amazing! We highly recommend staying here and doing some fishing. We caught a ton of fish on the lake, and the boat was great to have at our disposal. Overall, we cannot recommend it enough.”

“The house was very nice and in a great location. The ceiling fans were really dirty. Some of the window blinds would not close. There were lack of staple supplies like toilet paper, wash cloths, etc. Regardless of these issues we did have a great stay. , ”
