“We took a detour after a work trip to visit Venice for Carnival. Massimo’s place was exactly what we needed. It was big enough to give everyone privacy but a great place to hang out together. It’s a great location and easy to walk everywhere but also really quiet for when we wanted to get away from the crowds. Massimo was extremely proactive and communicative and was quick to provide helpful information about transportation and places to visit. We loved the place and would absolutely visit again”

“It was not in the description that gondoliers pass just under the living space windows, it was a nice surprise to hear the guitars and singers a few times a day! Looking out the window and down, the beautiful gondolas passing was a treat. Grocery is a 3 min walk, cafes and coffee super close! ”

“Excellent Property and Best Ever Host! The property itself is spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you will need for your stay in Venice. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge (or living room), and full bath with shower on the first floor. There are two ensuite bedrooms on the second floor with attached baths. The showers in the upstairs bathrooms are a bit small but worked well for travel buddy and me. The one on……

“Hosts greet you and Walk you to property. He also walked us to the local square to orient us. They are fabulous hosts and answer very quickly. The pictures are accurate. It was perfect for our family with 3 teens. We had a great time. ”
