“Appreciated the privacy of the location, on the property of an old converted school. The place wasn't completely obvious to me at first but then I recognized it. It was a relaxing place to read, and I slept exceptionally well in that quiet bedroom!”

“This is a very plessant home on the outskirts of Watertown. It's a five minute drive to the Mass Pike but also a short walk into Watertown Square, which has great restaurants. The house is well appointed, including a kitchen that we used to cook a lot, and a very comfortable back yard where we soaked up the early Spring sunshine.”

“Very nice place, clean but very noisy, neighbors loud, lots of banging until well into the night. The beds were hard which we had seen from other reviews but we brought foam toppers and made a big difference. The living room furniture was also not the most comfortable and not a lot of spots for people to sit and relax. Loved having off street parking and location was good with convenience store and Dunkin in walking distance.”

“Great location, very clean, can bike to the beaches, and there are at least two beach restaurants at the end of the street. Close to Newburyport as well. Hope they get those curtains in on the second floor fixed and there is a vent outside the upstairs bathroom (outside) that needs a hood replaced or it makes noise on a windy night. Such small things true my, and it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again!!!”

“We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.”

“The Quiet Single Family House was the perfect place to stay for our group of a mom and 3 college-aged girls. We had plenty of space, the home was very clean and comfortable, and we were central to everything we wanted to do in the area. The neighborhood was peaceful and it wasn’t far to restaurants and grocery stores. The homeowner was a great source of information on things to do in the area as well as very responsive to any questions I had. I’d definitely rent from her again. We had a……

“With 6 adults and 2 little ones traveling for a loved one’s graduation we needed a house that will accommodate our large group so we decided to look at VRBO and this listing fit like a glove. Everyone had a place to rest their heads and chill out before the big event. The house is located perfectly with many amenities close by. ”

“Neighborhood felt safe and off street parking for two cars was great! Not enough towels in bathrooms or kitchen and oven took an eternity to preheat. Sofa bed in basement does not fold down, so only able to sleep one person. Location is just short of two miles from MBTA stop, so you'll want to plan accordingly. We didn't spend a ton of time at the house, but it served its purpose as a place to sleep when spending time in Boston over a long weekend!”
