“We picked this property because it was close to a family member we were visiting. It has a unique and charming location in a gated, older, private development of large homes. We recommend arriving while it is still light outside, because the many steps down and up to the unit are not all well lit.”

“This is an interesting little place. It did the job, but wasn't what we expected. It's not in a residential neighborhood, but next to a Jack in the Box. We were a little put off by that, but in the end it was ok. Our intended destination was the Rose Bowl and it really was very convenient, as the apartment is very close. There were several issues that came up and the owner was incredibly responsive, so I give top marks for responsiveness. I left a list of items we noticed needed attention, which……

Thus NOt relaxing “patio”Also next to the Police Heliport for area Heater cover kept falling off ( on floor when arrived) many outlet covers no cover and risky if young children. Old fixtures from decades ago so so heat in shower slopppy painting throughout. Masking tape left on ceiling Moderate thick grease and dust on top refrigerator. Rugs needed cleaning and vacuuming.
