Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. “The house is located in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the ease of parking in the neighborhood. And most things are walkable to. The house itself was comfortable, yet it was a bit dusty. The great was good and the bathrooms served us well. Our only concern was the upkeep of the house in general. Things just felt about ramshackle. We give the place four stars.”

“My family and I had the pleasure of staying here during the Christmas holidays, and it was an excellent experience. We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor. “Apartment was large spacious and clean. Check in a but stressful. Requested. 30 mintue early check in so my daughters and i could get ready for a wedding we were attending. Host could not give a definitive answer and check in instructions werent sent but 20 minutes before check in. NO PARKING. 30 mintues driving around at midnight to find a spot 6 blockes away. Thats a long walk in heels aftering dancing all night! LoL. I dont know the area so I assumed there would be parking. I will ask from……

“This was the second time around for me and my business colleagues. The home is always immaculate with plenty of space for everyone. It's a great location for anyone needing a home away from home in the New York area and it's well worth the price. The only thing I ask for future stays is for Gerald (the home owner) to inform us when he is stopping by, even to "park his car to leave in the driveway". “My family stayed at this property for my triathlon at Jones Beach. Very easy to access the beach area- less than 20 min drive. Host was very responsive when I had questions about the property. Clean and exactly like the listing- would definitely recommend! ”

“Overall, the unit was spacious and very clean. The location was great. Close to town and our relatives. It was nice having a full kitchen to prep a few meals. There a few things that the owners could provide that would have made the stay more comfortable. Most importantly, a toaster should be pretty much standard in a rental that has a full kitchen. “The place was plenty big and had so many rooms so all of the atjletes on Team B*REAL had their own space. We loved the huge island in the kitchen and open space to hang out together.”

“Chris' house is an amazing gem. It is beautiful, well maintained, and well stocked with everything that you could want/need e.g., coffee, laundry, kitchen basics, firepit stuff. All the amenities (e.g., kayaks, jacuzzi, firepit) are awesome. I kayaked every morning, which was a zen experience. It'a perfect setup for a family of 6 like mine... a parents room, a boys room, and a girls room. We all love it here and would stay here on every vacation if we could.”

“The house was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The views looking out over the Bayville cove and Mill Neck were very pretty, and sitting out by the pool was enjoyable. We had a very nice and friendly greeter meet us when we arrived and she helped us choose from the many fine restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.”

“The property is great, i especially likes the floor plan and outside patios. With the weather we are having the outdoor patios were great. The price is beyond reasonable too.”
