“The hostess was very accommodating and prompt. The place was quiet and cozy.”

“The entire state was amazing and everything was literally perfect. However, the home had some areas where things were either broken or a little dirty in spots. Overall though, the entire place was huge! Definitely bigger than the online listing. The backyard was beautiful. The photos on the listing are also a little old because the home had a lot of updates and modifications. Like I said, though it just could’ve been cleaned a bit better and fixed in some areas so that people wouldn’t be afraid……

“We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded.”

“We had an enjoyable stay. The online pictures and description of the suite is just as is in person. If your looking for peace, relaxation, and comfort, this is the place to be. We would like to give Dr. C a shout out for her spectacular hospitality.”

“We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. ”

“Farida is a friendly and gracious host. Her home is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and clean. It is the type of neighborhood you will want to take a walk through. The VRBO space itself is clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. You will find every amenity you will need. The air conditioning was perfectly cold on the 81 degree days we stayed. There are two giant flat screens in the place, one equipped with a fire stick and we were able to watch our regular programming. Having the……

“Was super surprised just how nice this house was. It was tastefully decorated with many antiques and live plants which gave it a very homey feel. The whole house has been updated and the kitchen was generously furnished. The roku TV offered our favorite channels. Possibly, the only negative is it's location is in the middle of nowhere on a 2-lane dirt road. But, even that had positives. The countryside was beautiful and there was a restuarant/green house/party store just a mile down the road.……

“We loved the location, but the home was loaded with spiders, most appliances did not work (dishwasher did not work, blender, toaster oven, the stove top only half worked) - plus the pots were scratched (and with Teflon not useable) The shower door was broken and would not close, the toilet paper roll holder had no dowel to hold roll, toilet seat very loose, door frames were chipped and dirty, hold in wall next the bed in room with bunkbeds, laundry closet had missing doors. ”
