“We loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like I’ve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good. 1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good! We thank all of you for being so kind, accommodating, patient & lots of fun! Jon & Barb Baker”

“Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating. ”

“Our room was fine. Staff was professional. Currently renovating hotel. Guest laundry was not available and we are not informed until we checked in. Advance notice was not provided before checking in. We needed to alter our plans. ”

“Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice.”

“The service and the attention was awesome. I do have little small concern about the bathroom tub. It was very slippery when taking a shower. Now, this next item is about the server in your restaurant, named Kathy. She was very attentive, very concise, and very concerned about my needs. I believe that she should be recommended for some award. I could not have tipped her more.”
