“They have done a really nice job bringing this old place back to life. There are a few cosmetic issues with moldy grout and hidden dirty corners. But overall it is clean, well-appointed, mostly quiet and the beds are comfy.The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. The price is exceptional for the convenience and the very handy kitchenette. Should I have need to be in the area again, I would definitely chose ESA again.”

“I was looking after some business in the area, and needed a place to stay overnight. This place suited my needs at a very reasonable price. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable with WiFi service that allowed to to continue to work. ”

"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
