“It sucked . Management is terrible . There was a broken drawer upon arrival. The towels look dirty and crumbled in the bathroom apartment smelled like weed and we had a charge a heap to charge on my credit card without permission blaming us that we broke something which we did not . We tried to contact the host numerous times about the charge that they did not have permission to charge and would not respond in any manner terrible terrible terrible stay I would never recommend this company……

“Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The included parking spot was a definite plus. Very close to Northwestern University if you're in town for a visit. We were there to visit Loyola, which was a little further away, but a very easy (approx. 20 min.) drive. Close to the "L" train, which we took to downtown Chicago for some sightseeing. The basement apartment was exactly as the pictures showed. Everything was clean and well maintained. The heated floors were nice. It was perfect for my daughter……

“This was a reservation from HELL. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Do not book! Check in instructions on the site state you will receive 48 hours before. I called to ask for them, they said 24 hours. 24 hours passed and nothing. I called and they said 8 or 9pm the day before. Received nothing. Booked another place because I figured this was a scam. I received the instructions at 12:30AM. THE DAY OF THE BOOKING! Good thing the other place let me cancel, free or charge. They say they have……

“Picked this place because it had on-site parking. My wife is disabled. Couple days before trip got email saying on street parking only - first come. Chicago has notorious bad parking. After complaining 2x ( had to park 3 blocks away) was able to park in back of building. Host ignored all communication after that. Property was clean but no numbers on doors and outside doors constantly left open. Felt unsafe. Code lock on door didnt work normally most times. Had to use key to secure door after……

“Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral. Gegenüber ist Sunset Foods und zum Bahnhof geht man 5 Minuten. Auch der See ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm und wenn etwas fehlte, wurde es umgehend geliefert. Wir würden das Appartement wieder mieten. ”

“The property was just as described. There are so many restaurants and shops right outside the door. Yet also quiet. Perfect if you are also seeking train access. ”
