“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink.……

“Everything was perfect. Little Byways is a beautiful holiday home. It’s spotlessly clean and superbly equipped, even with a pair of binoculars to admire the wonderful views. Little byways is the perfect location for coastal walks, cycle rides, fabulous beaches,lovely coastal towns to visit and country pubs to eat in. Both myself and my husband would highly recommend it. We visited in December and chose to eat in three nights out of five as we wanted to spend time relaxing at the house and……

“A great place for a family Christmas. The property had tasteful Christmas decorations and the two lounges were a bonus. The house was well equipped, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi and satellite. If you like the North Cornwall coast I would thoroughly recommend this property. Hopefully, we will return.”

“A very comfortable house with enough space for us all to enjoy our holiday (10 guests ranging from 2-72). It’s unusual to find a holiday house with genuinely comfortable seating in the sitting room and a proper dining table so everyone can eat together but Oaktree House has both of these. The rooms are all a good size and well set out. The garden is large and whilst not secure for dogs and errant toddlers it’s easy enough to keep an eye on them! It’s got great access to Polzeath and Daymer as……
