“The holiday apartment is beautifully located - but a little out of the way. You definitely need a car. The cottage is tastefully and fully equipped. Everything you need is there and it was very clean. Wendy welcomed us with homemade scones and flowers we picked ourselves. John and Wendy let you use their beautiful garden for the duration of your stay, including the terrace with a view of the lake. The winter garden is a beautiful additional room. “Beautifully cosy and clean stay. Great location for beaches, pubs, walks, cycle trail. Coast 30 mins walk (we did it with 2 kids on a very wet and windy day). Enclosed garden for the dog and kids overlooking the farm. Great communication with the host and checked we were settled in. Really comfy beds, lovely showers and floor fire. Kids loved being able to see the animals from the window. Perfect perfect stay - thank you ”

“We loved Trecarian Cottage. It is comfortable and clean and contains all that you need for a happy holiday. The bathroom is a good size and contains a bath with shower over. The main bedroom is lovely with a wonderful comfortable bed and nice views. The garden is secure and secluded. There are two seating areas indoors - one to eat at in a conservatory and a cosier sitting room with TV. Would definitely come here again.”

“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink.……

“Everything was perfect. Little Byways is a beautiful holiday home. It’s spotlessly clean and superbly equipped, even with a pair of binoculars to admire the wonderful views. Little byways is the perfect location for coastal walks, cycle rides, fabulous beaches,lovely coastal towns to visit and country pubs to eat in. Both myself and my husband would highly recommend it. We visited in December and chose to eat in three nights out of five as we wanted to spend time relaxing at the house and……

“This location, property and careful attention to key amenities made for a fabulous weekend exploring Cornwall. We made trips to Bodmin Jail, Tintagel Castle and Land’s End from here. Wadebridge is 10 mins away, but this spot is beautifully secluded and very well appointed. The farm animals on the property will be an attraction on their own to some families. 3 different size units available, all sharing a beautiful courtyard. The hosts are wonderful as well!!”
