“The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children.”

“What a fabulous place. The listing is spot on, the rooms are alot bigger than the photos show. View is wonderful. Hosts were very welcoming. Extra touches with wine, cream tea and fruit was a lovely unexpected extra. We were extremely lucky with the weather and had a fabulous time out and about either walking the coast path or visiting local places. The only thing I would have liked, but this isnt a grumble, is a sun lounger to have enjoyed the sun. However the outdoor chairs provided are……

“We had a great week here, great location for exploring Rock, local beaches Daymer and Polzeath and only 30 mins from 7 bays beaches. House was well equipped and we absolutely loved being able to start each day in the hot tub. Beds were comfy and rooms a good size. Would recommend staying here. ”

“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Annex von Fiona.Die Kommunikation im Vorweg war hervorragend und die Informationen/Wegbeschreibung sehr hilfreich.Das Annex erfüllte unsere Erwartungen. Es ist klein, aber fein, sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Ausblick vom Deck auf die Port Gaverne Bay und Tintagel Head ist wirklich toll. Die Unterkunft ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, wobei hier insbesondere die Wanderungen entlang des South West Coast Path mit seinen……

“Great location,lovely views, spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi provided by Starlink was good. Utility room useful and well equipped. Could do with a few fans as it gets very warm (daytime temp was 21degrees), especially in the bunk bed room. Had another guest’s car park directly outside our bedroom window which was disappointing considering how good the view can be. But overall,a very pleasant stay!”

“I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed ”
