“Hot breakfast from 7 to 10am. Friendly staff. Pretty dining room. Convenient to highways. Reasonable price. Outdoor pool in rear patio.”

“I love the vibe of the property. It was kind of retro and beachy with the bright colors of the doors and bright yellow pool chairs and umbrellas. The room had everything you needed and we had enough space to spread out our suitcases. The small frig was so cute and served a purpose with our taking up too much room. The bathroom sink was very small or maybe it was the big faucet that took up so much room. Regardless, it was perfect for our 2 night stay! ”

“We absolutely loved our stay this past weekend! The location was fantastic—just steps from downtown, shopping, and so many dining options. The grounds are beautiful, and we really enjoyed the second-floor porch where we caught the most refreshing breeze. Having access to the bikes was such a fun bonus, and we made great use of them! The only small thing we noticed was that breakfast items could use a little more frequent replenishing. That said, it didn’t take away from how wonderful everything……

“Great value for price - condo comes with plates / towels / pans. Only thing is - this is a timeshare-type situation and they do try and get you to sit for a presentation. However, was easy to decline. We would return.”

“The name says it all-simple. I was looking for a clean room, a comfortable bed and a good shower for a good price. I was on Hilton Head for work and this place filled the bill. It was convenient and easy to get to. The staff at check in was efficient and welcoming. It was quiet. If I was going to HH for vacation I would select a place with more ambiance, but for my purpose, it was perfect. If I was back on HH under the same circumstances, I’d stay there again. ”
