“The apartment was perfect for one person. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The deck was great for getting some sun and making phone calls. I was 5 mins from the Will Rogers Memorial Center and was within walking distance of restaurants. Shopping, Starbucks and great restaurants were all about 5 mins away give or take.”

“We stayed at this apartment for TCU family weekend and it was very convenient to great restaurants and the Cultural District. The kitchen was very clean and had a tea pot which I never expect but am happy to find when I do! Yeah! My husband enjoyed the convenience of the coffee station. The bed was comfortable and the air condition worked very well! We liked how close the apartment was to the pool because we felt like we were part of a community during our visit. “I had a great stay at this apartment in Fort Worth, TX! I was visiting from Florida and have family that lives about 4 miles away. So the location was great for me, right off the freeway. “Absolutely comfortable, clean, perfectly located place to stay while in Arlington for a few adults with no kids (as our experience was for this trip). My husband, my friend, and myself all came to town for a concert over the weekend, and were very happy with, quite literally, everything-down to the coffee and fixings. However neighbors are very invasive "Demanding" our information upon arrival stopping my husband from entering the unit and his vehicle expressing his disappointment with the homeowners association my children witness vandalism stealing and damaging of AC units while visiting the pool”
