“Beautiful property, well maintained. We met there as a business team and had plenty of space to work. Kitchen was well-equipped (best I have seen). Everything was clean and tidy.The only negatives were the two king beds in the master suites. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the topper made it worse. The contract you are required to sign is extremely tight and wouldn't allow us to have a couple of other business associates over to meet.A great place for a big family gathering.”

“This little houseboat was so cute. Everything worked as expected. It was so romantic to be able to sit on the back of the boat and fish all night with my wife. Everything was perfect. Everyone we meet was so nice. If I had only one recommendation if you stay on this boat, take you a bed topper or something, it wasn’t a very thick mattress. The second night we slept a lot better. But we will definitely be back. I think this is going to be a favorite place to spend time and making memories. Also……

“It was a fabulous stay! The cottage was gorgeous and had everything we needed. So close to town for all your needs, but felt in the country. The outdoor area was just perfect for the kids! We cooked on the grill, made a fire, visited the farm animals, and had a blast witha blast with their dog Skip! Would recommend and stay again!”

“This is a great property located very close to the major sports stadiums. The check in and out process was effortless and 5 stars to the host. I would recommend for anyone staying in the Arlington area…especially sports fans!”

“The photos definitely show this place in its best light. It was a great place to stay, but the front door needs to be adjusted. I didn’t feel secure because of the loose fit of the entry door. Other than the front door and the low water pressure in the shower this was a great place to crash after long days of walking a convention. I would stay there again but would hope the deficiencies would be remedied. ”
