“The Ivy Rose Cottage was very comfortable and creatively decorated. The kitchen is nicely supplied for cooking simple meals. The trains did not disturb us and were fun to watch, especially the Amtrak. Great pizza and local brewery in nearby Crozet plus an excellent Harris Teeter grocery. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for an out-of-town stay. ”

“Stayed here for one night for a concert at JPJ. Perfect location, cute and clean house, snacks & coffee there when we arrived, easy access and great communication! ”

“The property was spacious and well kept. We did have a problem with the kitchen window. It wasn't completely shut and because handles had been removed, we couldn't close it. Manager was alerted. Suggested that we use space heater until he could get maintenance, Things worked out. Also door in Master bedroom 1 was out of alignment and twice we had someone who couldn't get out. Otherwise everything went well. ”

“We traveled to the area for commencement at Liberty University (about 55 minutes away). The hotels in Lynchburg were overpriced for the weekend the town was packed with people. We wanted to stay someplace quieter where we could relax. The views were breathtaking and the condo was very clean. It had everything we needed. There were two great breweries about 15 minutes away and a few small restaurants on the mountain. I had a lot of questions before we arrived and the host responded very……

“Booked last minute and property met all our needs. Clean, well stocked and good overall condition. Great value! We walked to the slopes both days which was the main draw to this particular house. A bit of a hike but totally doable if you’re in good shape. Nice being so close to the market for convenient provisions. We’d certainly stay there again!”

“Members of my family and I stayed at this property for a long weekend. The home is three levels which was awesome for those of us who wanted some down time to just chill. The main level being an open floor plan with a balcony was perfect for us all to enjoy each other’s company while reminiscing about my Father’s amazing life. The beds were comfortable and the thermostat worked beautifully to keep the temperature comfortable.The bathrooms were clean with adequate toiletries and space for us all.……
