“Cool DTLA property. Free parking was a great amenity. Felt very secure and safe in the building with fantastic lobby staff. Space was well equipped, washer/dryer was a plus. Location is downtown so be prepared for not so pleasant smells and a very present unhoused population in the immediate surroundings. Otherwise, very centrally located property, great for experiencing variety of areas throughout LA. ”

“We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE.”

“We enjoyed a lot this trip. The house was very good located. It was big and with a lot of space. The neighbourhood was very calm and peaceful. The host was very kind and very helpful. He answered very fast, that was very useful.”

“Needed a nice place for a two week stay in LA. This condo fit the bill. Great location, lots of restaurants and other amenities close by. Dedicated parking. And the condo itself was perfectly outfitted. Nice appliances. All the utensils you need. Comfy bed. And was very clean. Brooke was very responsive. Having to go through the guard gate could be a little cumbersome, but added to the security. All in all highly recommended. ”

“The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock.……

“Never received check in instructions, their phone contact was disconnected, went to property to try to figure it out. Couldn’t get in and it was disgusting! Fighting with VRBO for my money back! I had to find my own alternate arrangements after an 8 hour drive to get there! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! ”

“Our family spent six days at this unit in early November. We visited for a Chargers game and several tourist attractions. The location was incredibly convenient, and I would highly recommend it. The unit was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect fit for our family.”

“This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay. It has the makings of a great property, just needs some TLC and extra attention to small details (there was no salt and pepper,……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glendale. We were in town for a wedding, but stayed a few extra days. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and stores nearby. This unit is just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies left for us. We didn't have to run to the store for anything! There were plenty of extra towels, soaps of every kind, and kitchen supplies too. One thing I really appreciate is having a Brita in the fridge. The owner……
