“This was a last minute trip and the options for our stay were limited. Central location with plenty of food options in walking distance. The property is dated but in decent condition. The front door was broken and left open. The carpet in the room was dirty and left our feet dirty and sticky. ”

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened.
