“After 3 weeks in India, this was one of the standout properties. The service was amazing, the restaurant had great food, and the property was in a good location. I really would like to commend the staff at this property because it truly was a luxury stay.”

“We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose……

“Lovely slightly low-key hotel just off Connaught Place. Modest lobby but stylish in a good way. Formal but polite service. Slightly dated room but well-maintained and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, and walkable. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Booked a return trip since I liked it.”
