“This location is very well situated in a friendly and compact neighborhood steps away from its central park, and within easy driving distance of many commodities along biscayne or down at miami shores (while a bit further but easily accessible midtown, wynwood, aventura, bal harbour, and some of the beaches). The space itself is smaller than anticipated but comfortable. Space for living dining is sufficient for 4. There are 2 smalll bedrooms that are clean. The bathroom is updated and……
