“We booked this house, flew to Palm Springs and had no where to stay. We had to book a hotel at the last minute and were left stranded. We messaged the host multiple times before the trip with no response. We called to speak with them when security would not let us in the gate. They hung up on us saying they would call us back. Do not book this house. It was a nightmare. We ended up staying at the Marriot villas a mile or so away. They treated us well and it was very comfortable.”

“It was a great location. Noisy on 2nd floor from people above and from road noise. The flat could use a better blind in living area to give light but privacy. Far too dark. No kettle, blunt knives. Otherwise very well equipped. It was seemed expensive in January as it was too cold to use the pool.”

“My 3 girlfriends and I were excited to spend a week in Palm Desert at the Crocus Lane property. We were impressed by how spacious and accommodating the floor plan is, particularly since we are 4 adult women. There are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms in the unit...all en suite...with a double sink in the primary bedroom. This made our stay very comfortable! Unfortunately, the L.A. Wildfires happened during our stay, and 2 of my friends had family members who were directly impacted. We left a day early.……
