“We are 50 something’s, empty nesters with ties to the university so we may be a bit critical in our feedback. The location was great, typical student housing so it felt a bit collegiate for us. The garage and exterior was aged and could use a clean/facelift. The interior was clean, nice bathroom and kitchen. Furniture and rugs need a deep cleaning. Shower faucet did not lift all the way thus reducing the water volume flowing from shower head. Bed was ok, seemed well worn. Head board was……

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
