“It was a perfect quaint space for my me and daughter . ”

“Cute little apartment in close proximity to where we needed to be. The mop & bucket were left in the kitchen, there were no trash bags, no central air, no hand towels and the upstairs people were loud running back and forth at all times of the night. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good and all the appliances worked. Need more outlets in the kitchen. ”

“The host was very communicative and met all our needs. As previous reviews have stated, the location can’t be beat. We had a comfortable stay and our dogs also enjoyed the backyard. Parking is challenging in the evening, but not horrible. Friends were able to find parking a couple blocks away. Lots of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Everything is as pictured. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Great place especially for a larger family or group for such a good price! My kids loved it. A lot to do closeby. Great communication with owner. Loved that it was pet friendly too! Did feel like we had to be quiet so kinda stressed me out since people above and below. And we happened to go on street sweeping days so parking was difficult so just be mindful of that- I think it’s Monday and Tuesday. ”

“The rooms are very small, the house has several levels so that if you are on the bottom you get a lot of noise from those above. It is also old so power kicks off (they do tell you how to put it back on) Parking is miserable. Furnishings are cheap. Kitchen utensils could use an update and sharpening. Positive: close to the zoo and park.”

“The hotel's front desk service was really great! The location is also convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Little Italy, and taxis are also very easy to get to, with only 10💲 being the only taxi fare to the surrounding areas. The hot water and facilities were excellent, and the bedding was comfortable.”
