“Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. Then there was stained sheets on one of the beds in the bedroom, Also even though the host was……

“Great stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful.”

“The house was pretty ill-equipped. The air mattress being the biggest problem. It deflated after the first night and was too flat for 2 people so one of us had to sleep on the couch. We were not aware of the bed situation until after booking and were desperate for a place. Bare minimum blankets and pillows. While amenities aren’t required, they are pretty standard and this place was lacking; Coffee machine would have been nice. Location was sketchy but not the owners fault, just an fyi.”
