“The location is very close to the downtown just around 10 minutes drive. The owner is nice to communicate and able to fix issues quickly. The only issue was much noise from upstairs guests at the first midnight and owner helped resolved the issue quickly.”

I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. “I arrived to Washington DC after a cancelled flight, the host was so accommodative to ease the check-in procedure. Also the unit was spacious for the three of us and all what we needed was in the unit including air filter, iron board and extra mattress. The unit was clean but we wished that the balcony was more tidy and clean. The host was available even in last moment to help with the door lock.”
