“Larry's Lazy Susan was a very relaxing house and nicely decorated - colorful and beachy without being tacky. Excellent for handicapped people and dogs alike. Beach was very nice, and the home is located on an off street so we never had any issues with traffic noise - very easy to walk our dog at night. Our only disappointment was with Topsail Island itself, as the restaurant selection was not as good as beaches to the south of Wilmington. But the local Publix was great and there were several……

“This was veey clean, well maintained property. Beach was very easy to access. We had no issue spending 3-5 hrs a day. All the appliances worked. Beds were comfy but pillows were super soft. This was a great place to stay. Low key and private”

“The property was gorgeous and the location is great just steps off the beach. Hot tubs were great, lovely gazebo to have meals beachside. Very swift communication from owners, our first night there was a beeping from the elevator and a technician had it fixed by 9am the next day. We hope to stay again!”

“The condo itself was nice. The gardens, walk areas, outside of pool area were terrible with trash, fencing and mounds of mulch to be spread. The workers replaced grills but left the old grills laying around. Plants ready to be planted but died because no one watered. Lastly, the pier was newly built but was poor in quality. I can’t believe an inspector would ok that shabby construction. ”

“Our family had such a relaxing stay here. We all enjoyed the ocean view and kitchen for family dinners. The elevator made it so easy to unload suitcases on arrival and when we left. Thanks for sharing your home. Will definitely book here again. ”

“We always enjoy our stay in Topsail but this was our first time staying north of the Sneads Ferry bridge. The peace and quiet we found at this home were unmatched, with sweeping ocean views from all spaces (save one bunk bedroom) and few people on the beaches. Our dog loved chasing balls on the open sand! The house was clean, the new decking, carpet, and laminate flooring were beautiful, and everything worked just as it should. The only downsides: (1) no dining table, but we made the bar spaces……
