“Great place, a little difficulty controlling temperature.”

“Have stayed at this location at least 6 times. Feel very comfortable here. View of the harbor is wonderful. Availability for parking is essential. Great kitchen and appliances. Washer/dryer is great. Response from owner is immediate. The problems we had this time have happened every time we have stayed. The tv connection is impossible to correct. Even when assistance was provided by the wonderful technician working for the owner, the tv's still are inconsistent from day to day, losing signals,……

“We enjoyed the apartment very much. there is only one parking place so that can be tricky if two groups are meeting up for a stay. There isn't a ton of parking in this residential area but you will find it if you wander a little. The apt. is well appointed and comfortable. We liked hanging out there and it was Quiet!”

“Condo is exactly as pictured. Terrific place and stay. So close to the beach and many extras. Quiet and restful.”

“The kids got to swim, jump off a floating platform, kayak & canoe, fish, roast marshmallows by the fire, and help me grill dinner. If any of these is your goal then this is a fantastic place to do it. There's also rentals for boats and jetskis nearby. The swim area is shaded starting in the afternoon. Property also included paddles for the kayaks/canoe as well as the requisite life jackets you'd need to go out. It's shared space, but we didn't have a problem finding a kayak or sharing the fire……

“The property was clean well maintained except for an old rug on the floor. The sink in the kitchen leaked when used and had to leave a towel around it or the water would pool behind it. The unit could have used a long mirror in the closet. The shower was awesome. The Murphy bed was efficient, but not much support on the back. Thanks”
