“We chose this property based on reviews and photos on VRBO. Pros: location, parking space directly out front, well stocked linens, cleanliness, prompt communication, and a tv in one of the bedrooms. This property was just as advertised…2 BR/2BA and had a balcony. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again in the future. This property is about 5 miles from AAM and four blocks from major restaurants and attractions on University Dr. we’d stay here again in the future.”

“Really nice renter and condo. However was harassed by the HMO Ranger lady that the boat and trailer wasn’t welcome. She was able to accommodate us by having her “boyfriend “ move his car ( I’m sure he had a designated spot) so I could park. The lack of parking wasn’t disclosed on VRBO. Nice , slightly dated place just beware of the snooty old landlady HMO Ranger if you happen to be bringing a boat to the lake, no where to park it without unhooking. “My favorite thing was sitting on the back porch, especially first thing in the morning with my coffee. I was surrounded by trees and and could hear the sounds of nature. The only bad thing was on Friday afternoon and into the night we were without electricity because of a rain storm. Six hours later the electricity came back on. Loved all the shops in Mentone, lovely people. Would book the cabin again and highly recommend it other people.”
