“Overall the hotel was nice. The room was comfortable. Front desk service was a little lacking. I needed to use the hairdryer in the room. Plugged it in…did not work. Went to front desk (had to wait almost 10 mins for someone to come out of the back) asked for a replacement. Got it and went back to my room. It did not work. Had to leave for my 7am meeting. Came back that afternoon and went down to get a replacement hairdryer. Took almost 20 mins to get a replacement. Plugged it in and it did not……
