“I really enjoyed my stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and provided everything I needed during my stay. The location is very convenient for exploring all that the Monterey peninsula has to offer. The unit has lots of windows, and has a fantastic view.The host was very responsive to all of my questions and was very accomodating when I requested a late checkout. The laundry area in back of the building is very tidy and very close to the unit. It was great to have a parking space right beside……

“The apartment was light, bright and clean. We liked the paint scheme and many large clean windows. The record player was fun. Super close to restaurants, shops and the ocean.We have grown accustomed to 11am checkouts at other places. The 10 am checkout surprised us because we didn't look at the checkout instructions until the morning of. So we had to scramble a little bit.”

“Property very good and clean. Well situated and great for 2 people. 10 minutes walk to shpping centre and 15 minutes walk to train on M line. However, side gate needs repair and bangs at night and side path tricky to negotiate. Very low water pressure and could not get hot water to kitchen.”
