“Casa Margarita Playa la Jolla was the perfect place for our family's first visit to Rocky Point. We were concerned that this home was a ways from town, but we enjoyed the whole experience. “I enjoyed my stay. The unit had great views of the ocean and Tetakawi. The property was clean and well stocked with tenant directions well marked. The only inconsistency was the differences between the welcome e-mail and direct communication with the owner. Letter stated 1 pm checkout, the owner messaged me with a noon check out.
