“Great air conditioning, right on the beach. Walked out to ocean. Comfortable beds. Netflix. Great neighbors. Walking distance to Manny’s and The Pit. Safe area. Large garage. No iron or ironing board. No hair dryer. No broom but there were 2 dust pans. Needs to have updated stove. Couldn’t tell what temp oven was on!! Very easy check in and check out.”

“I have stayed in multiple beach villas on Sandy Beach and this one is the most beautiful home on Sandy Beach inside and out. It fit 14 of my closest adult family members very comfortably. We spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying our own private beach. The private hot tub was an added plus to our relaxing vacation. The interior was beautifully decorated and you could tell that a lot was invested into making guests feel like royalty. The master bedroom is spacious, comfortable and……

“My family of 8, three couples and two grown up kids, fit perfectly in this beach house! We loved that the rooms were spread out enough to give some space while still feeling very together. The kitchen had all the things we needed for cooking, which was super convenient! We loved the courtyard area in the middle, so cute! We quite enjoyed the beach access as well! The beach was rather steep to get to the water, so the older couple just enjoyed the view from the large patio! There are steps……

“This house can fit your family plus half of Rocky Point. With all jokes asside, this home is the perfect family home. One bedroom alone can sleep 12 kids. There are a lot of steps so remember that considering the kitchen is on the top floor, but the view is worth lugging the ice chest up. We are farther out from town, but we like the privacy. We will definitely stay here again!”

“Everything was pretty easy, check in/out, etc. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Puerto Peñasco and this was easily top 5. The house is nicely put together - didn’t feel we were missing anything. The rooftop patio was really nice. Access to the Mayan Palace was great. Property manager was super responsive. We were there with another adult couple, however the house is setup for families and could easily accommodate more. You are only about a 25ish min drive from town. The Mayan is a 5 min drive……
