“Tytti Muunnen provide an excellent service. But when i step in my room, the floor is wet and i felt down hardly. It is because the house keeper move the carpet into the kitchen. Until 2 weeks later, i still see a doctor. It really hurt. Manager hasn't reply me yet. I threw hotels.com gold team to reach them couple days ago. So disappointed. But once again, Tytti Muunnen provide an excellent service help me looking the hospital, thank you very much.”

“Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM.……

“This hotel is located at the centre by the harbor side. It is convenient to walk to the airport bus stops or the meeting point of northern light tour or any site seeing pick up point. They offer breakfast, tea time and also dinner for guests. The room is cozy and the hotel is not next to the main road, so that you would have a quiet and comfortable night for sleeping, especially after a northern light tour. Last but not least, their staffs are friendly, helpful and full of hospitality. ”
