“Clearly this property is a shelter over flow which does not bother me however it would have been nice to be informed ahead of time. The room was clean but there was not enough towels for the amount of beds. ”

“The place could use some updates. Even some minor damages could be fixed around the room. It does reflect in the price which is fair. A lot of construction going on around the pool (I assume they’re just getting ready for pool season). The patio door in the room doesn’t latch or lock but they do have a piece of wood to keep it closed. Sheets are clean and they have mattress protectors, bed is comfy. AC works, TV works, alot of the plugs are damaged around the room. Not a bad experience due to……

“Elevator needs repair. Felt like I was in a Roller coaster. Elderly with balance issues may find it very unpleasant. Elevator doors don’t open very well, thought I’d be hitting the emergency button. 1*. Rooms are dated but clean 3*. Staff amazing 5*. Awesome indoor pool and very clean 5*. Breakfast was excellent 5* ”

“The hotel, rooms and staff were magnificent. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was really fantastic. The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The staff were excellent, the only area for improvement was the main restaurant. The bar was fabulous and fun, we dined there the first night, however the formal dining room on the second was incredibly disappointing. The food lacked……

“This was my second stay at Four Points, and I returned because my first experience was so positive. At check-in, I was offered the chance to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms, which I gladly accepted. While I’ve stayed in their older rooms before and never had an issue with the design or comfort, the updated rooms are a clear upgrade. Even though there are newer hotels in the area, I chose to come back here because both the older and newer rooms feel clean, comfortable, and not at all……
