“Beautiful hotel, only issues are change of bedding doesn’t seem to have been done since previous room guests for the sheets were dirty with traces of pubic hair etc. we slept on the mattress pad and removed the pillow cases and put towels on pillow cases. We understand the concern about the environment etc but with cases of measles and other diseases around, is it really worth not washing the bedding from 1 guest to another? We stayed in London, England last December 2024 and they change the……

“I will start with the good points - The staff was very helpful and especially Dakota went out of her way to make our stay really special (she went beyond her call of duty when she saw I was too tired with some task late into the night and helped me sort it out quickly). Negative point - the vent in the room was making a lot of noise so we twisted open just to see if that fixes it but then we saw the air ducts had a lot of guck and dead flies spewed out when the vent was opened. IF they can……

“This was my second stay at Four Points, and I returned because my first experience was so positive. At check-in, I was offered the chance to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms, which I gladly accepted. While I’ve stayed in their older rooms before and never had an issue with the design or comfort, the updated rooms are a clear upgrade. Even though there are newer hotels in the area, I chose to come back here because both the older and newer rooms feel clean, comfortable, and not at all……

“The hotel, rooms and staff were magnificent. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was really fantastic. The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The staff were excellent, the only area for improvement was the main restaurant. The bar was fabulous and fun, we dined there the first night, however the formal dining room on the second was incredibly disappointing. The food lacked……
