“This was my second stay at Four Points, and I returned because my first experience was so positive. At check-in, I was offered the chance to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms, which I gladly accepted. While I’ve stayed in their older rooms before and never had an issue with the design or comfort, the updated rooms are a clear upgrade. “We have been staying at this specific location for years, and for the most part have a great experience. This time though, there was a fire alarm between 1-2am. It took a long time for everything to be inspected and reset, and then when we were finally allowed to return to our room, the alarm went off AGAIN! It was an extremely unpleasant experience. “The first night was good and quiet. The next two nights there was banging above me at 10:30 PM and again at 6:30 am. Otherwise eveything was good. The buffet breakfast was good, the pool was busy and I didn't get to use it at night too many kids but I used it during the day hours and it was just me. ”
