“The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the Continental breakfast was great!. We parked just outside the door to our room, which made it so easy for us. There was ample lighting and the beds were comfortable. The locking slider window was most appreciated and the curtains were quite light-proof! ”

“We totally enjoyed our submersive/personalized experience at Kat Florence. We loved everything about it and we seriously mean it because we are strict markers. Lol. The suite was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with high-end appliances that we have at home. Needless to say how clean it was, the towels, bathrobes, the toilettes were of superb quality. The in-room massage, dinner arranged at Elora Mill… I can go on and on. We will definitely go back. ”

“The hotel was beautiful, but it was very loud outside from the road noise. Sirens and loud cars racing up the street all night. ”

“The room was very nice it was like an apartment, there wasn’t any hand soap and sponges to wash dishes if staying for a long time. You can park on the street if you can find parking or park in the garage where you do have to pay for. The hotel and restaurant are separate with separate entrances which is nice and felt safe. The only way to get in is by talking to the host in the restaurant. You don’t really talk to staff or see any staff ”

“The beds are comfy. The breakfast has lots of options. The fresh coffee at all times, in the lobby, is a nice treat. The front desk staff were awesome. Only 2 cons. The pillows are terrible and our body lotion bottle looked like it had never been wiped off. Would definitely recommend ”
