“We have been staying at this specific location for years, and for the most part have a great experience. This time though, there was a fire alarm between 1-2am. “I will start with the good points - The staff was very helpful and especially Dakota went out of her way to make our stay really special (she went beyond her call of duty when she saw I was too tired with some task late into the night and helped me sort it out quickly).
